Cloudy to Clear: Cataract Surgery Gives Diabetic Puppy New Sight

Tucker can see clearly now the cataracts are gone! Dr. Brady Beale, Diplomate of the ACVO, performed cataract survey on Tucker after juvenile onset diabetes caused his cataracts to develop quickly, limiting his vision. Juvenile onset diabetes is a rare diagnosis and many people figured Tucker would suffer from poor vision for the rest of his life. However, Dr. Beale was not going to give up on Tucker. Luckily Tucker can now see familiar faces and experience new sights like only a puppy can. Read how the surgery was performed.
