Where: Gwen Hotel, Chicago. Call directly to the hotel at 312-645-1500 and ask for the "Midwest Veterinary" to get the rate of $159.00/night plus tax!

Registration: Simply send a check to Dr. Seth Koch at 23 Hedge Row Road, Princeton, NJ 08540. Cost: $250 for veterinary ophthalmologists and $225 for residents, interns, students, spouse, guests.

Format: As usual, we start with the Friday evening social gathering with heavy appetizers. Saturday morning: Breakfast at 8:00am followed by presentations from about 8:30am to about 1:00pm; Saturday afternoon and evening- explore Chicago on your own. Sunday morning: Breakfast at 8:00amfollowed by presentations until 12:00pm. We conclude the morning with the infamous Midwest presentation awards!!

Presentations: As we've done in the past few years, PLEASE send me your presentation in advance of the meeting in a PowerPoint format via email so I can load them on the MWVOS computer prior to the start of the meeting. This is a clinical meeting so plan to present a troubling case, case reviews, new surgical technique, new medications, practice management issues, etc.
