 ACVO MEMBER DUES
 
Thank you for renewing your ACVO membership. (Please note that to become a member you must first become a boarded Diplomate.) Dues renewals involve a quick four-step, payment and contact information updating process. Static forms are no longer collected.

Payments may be made for up to 10 people at a time on one form, or for simply one renewal. Administrators can make a payment which will force an e-mail reminder to be sent to the doctors to ask them to update their contact information. If you are a member and are updating your membership today, be sure to read the instructions and update the membership portal as recommended by February 15th. To avoid a $50 late fee, be sure to submit payment by January 31st.


Please note a couple of items that are new on the forms this year:

1. Members are the only individuals who will have the option to purchase a printed copy of the VO journal beginning in 2017. You will have the option of purchasing this for ACVO’s reduced cost at $85/year. This must be completed on your dues form when renewing and make sure to confirm your mailing address for the journal in the form. Printed journal copies cannot be purchased after February for the 2017 year. You will have this option annually should you choose to invoke it in the future.

2. Order complimentary access codes to the educational GP Course sessions recorded at the annual conference. Each member can receive five access codes annually. This option has now been added to the bottom of the form. If you wish to provide these to your referring DVMs as a thank you or encouragement for future referrals, we will send you the codes and a sample ‘thank you’ and explanation letter that you could use and /or modify to send to your colleagues with the access codes.

Step 1: Select one payment option on the page linked below.

Step 2: Provide names, payment and email(s) for each doctor being renewed through this form. These individuals will receive reminders to update their portal.

Step 3: Receipt and acknowledgement page.

Step 4: Individuals must update their membership portal using the link provided on the confirmation page, by mid-February!
