Southwest Florida Veterinary Specialists is seeking a board certified ophthalmologist or those completing residency training in Ophthalmology. We are looking for a talented, energetic, personable individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who will be a contributing member of our cohesive veterinary team.

SWFVS offers specialty referral and emergency services 24/7/365. Specialty services are also provided at three nearby satellite locations. Current specialties include Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, and 24-hour emergency. SWFVS is also home to Florida’s only fully equipped pet ambulance. SWFVS has state-of-the-art equipment including GE Vivid 7, I and Q cardiac ultrasounds, a Logiq 9 ultrasound, GE fluoroscopy, operating microscope, high-definition endoscopy, an 8 slice helical CT, I131, and convenient off-site MRI access.

Our focus is to continue building a team that enjoys collaborating and contributes to a professional, yet fun work environment. A competitive base salary plus production and strong benefit package will be offered to the successful candidate(s) along with a relocation stipend.
